Wonderful Neck Pillow

My first Temp. Pillow from 1990’s is still the best!! I needed a smaller dimension pillow for travel so ordered the travel version of my original. Unfortunately this one is too thick even on the lower end and I am using for lumbar support instead!! It is serving me very well in its new roll!

Extremely uncomfortable

I was shocked at how hard the pillow is. It feels like I’m sleeping on concrete. For me it was a complete waste of money as they aren’t returnable.

Not what it used to be

I am writing to share feedback regarding the current travel-sized Tempur-Pedic pillow. I have been a loyal user of the previous version, which fit perfectly into my neck groove when using the smaller side. Unfortunately, I find the newer version to be quite different. The rounded lip is larger and significantly firmer than the original design. As a result, I experience neck pain after only a few hours of use and am forced to switch pillows during the night. While I understand it is now too late for me to return this item, I wanted to bring these design changes to your attention as they have made the product much less effective for my needs.

It does not support the shoulders

I tried to use one night and using CPAP, I have to sleep on my back. That said, it does not support your shoulders and results in a painful neck the next morning

Travel just got a whole lot more comfortable!

I have used this pillow at home for years and really like the support and comfort. I finally bought one for travel and one to leave at my in-laws home ( they have terrible pillows) and it has been game changing! I was worried about the size of it in my luggage but the comfort at night is worth it! It is a bit of a challenge to get it back into its bag but not over whelming and one does get better with practice. I made a silk pillowcase for it and love that too. You could sell custom silk pillowcases?

Travel Gold!

I haven't used it yet, but I expect it will be the same as the full size pillow, which I love. If I had problems with the full size, I would have tried it already. I'm happy with the smaller size so I have more room in my suitcase for other things. Since I haven't tried it yet, I gave it 5 stars even though I haven't tried it out due to my satisfaction with the full size pillow. More room in your suitcase is travel gold!

Too firm to fit in the travel case!

I have used these pillows for over a decade- but the one I just bought is soooo firm, I can’t roll it up into its case! Totally bummed. How about Medium firm please???

Better naps

I do not travel so this pillow is strictly home use. It stays on the bed next to the full size versions for easier moving when I roll around in the night, and sometimes it 'travels' to the sofa for naps. It has been a life saver. I use the thicker side on the bed but generally the thinner side on top of another pillow on the sofa. I would call it medium firm compared to the two full size versions. It only gets 4 stars because it does not come with a pillow case.
