Dirty

Just arrived and the box is full of dirty used dishes. I can’t tell if I am going to like them until I run the thru the dishwasher to Sanitize them. The outside of each bowl look as if there was soup in them and no one washed them. Just awful, come on Macy’s you are better than that.

Great dishes... but do not ship. Two were broken

I probably should have known better, but against my better judgement, I decided to have these delivered. Of course my dishes arrived with one chipped and one broken during transit. I suspect that is the risk you take when you ship anything fragile. MACYS did a great job packing them, but they are no match for the delivery people tossing them and kicking them around. I'm bummed not to have a complete set, but it is what it is. Take my advice and always pick up fragile stuff from a store... otherwise, prepare yourself for some broken glass.

Durable and very nice. The plates and bowls are spacious for the amount of food you can add to it.

love these sets

I bought one even though I have enough dinnerware .. I have so many different Cellar plates and bowls that I got rid of another set . And use these as along with another Cellar set as my main serving dinnerware. I bought 2 more sets of these, one was given as a Xmas present and she loved them as well. Nothing was broken or used. You can’t blame Macys if something gets broken if it gets delivered. These are very nicely wrapped but packages are thrown around. And their customer service has always been fantastic since I’ve been a card member for over 20 years. Purchasing things online has been so easy. They fix any issue, whether something breaks or I need a return. Point is these are great white dinnerware. They make your food look nicer. I love the big dinner bowl. For what I paid, I should’ve bought 10 sets.

broken item

Several plates arrived broken due to poor packaging. Very disappointed with the lack of care in shipping. Hoping for a quick resolution.
