Brocken part at delivery and quality is not as expected

Bad design

The overall quality of the product is horrible and bad design. The porcelain trays are rough and of poor quality and the metal bars holding up the trays are fragile. I applied slight pressure and the bars snapped.

Design flaw

Cute design but the top and middle tier doesn't fold out flush, so the plate doesn't sit nice and straight. Would've loved to keep it but had to return it.
