Three Uses and It Is Out

The pan was used three times over a three month period and I have to throw it away. Non-stick coating chipped after third use. No excessive heat used during cooking process. Dish soap and warm water used for washing.

Hmmm...

I loved this roaster because of it's design. It was exactly what I wanted in width, depth and height. My other roaster is too narrow. I used it for the first time last month for Thanksgiving and it did an exceptional job. The turkey came out great! I used it for the second time two days ago for Christmas Eve, and again the turkey came out great. However, afterwards I realized that some of coating on the inside had come off. Very thin and cheap coating I might add. In addition, some more of the coating started coming off when I was washing it with simple soap, water and a soft sponge. I read all the reviews before purchasing, and saw this happened to someone else, but took a chance since the majority of reviews were positive. It was on sale for 60% off, but this still shouldn't happen after the second use. All I can say, it's up to you if want to take a chance.

Great Roaster

This roaster is great quality. It is well made, sturdy but not heavy. I used this roaster with the convection roast setting on my oven and my turkey came out beautifully. It browned evenly and was not dry. I definitely recommend.
