Items arrived broken

Both of these items arrived broken. I ordered two of them. We have been traveling and have been gone and got back apparently a day too late to return them. Very frustrating. Items were sent with no protection around the dish.

Solid cookware

reliable, durable, and not overly cumbersome. this is a very effective, quality piece of cookware. not glamorous, just plain white with no real distinctive design, but it works. if it's on sale, it's a great deal. I kind of wish the lid had a tighter seal, but overall, it's a great product.

Shattered!

Was really looking forward to getting this, but, it arrived shattered in multiple pieces. It had clearly been opened and was a return. Not only was there no protective packing in the box, but the product box itself also had no protective packing! Ridiculous; how could someone sent it out this way? The dish was sent by the Macys in Kennewick, WA. packed with pride by Lisa ****.
