Just wish it had a thick bottom.

I like the roasting pan but it don’t have a thick bottom and if you don’t use the rack your food will burn.

Nice roaster

I wanted a roaster that was light and easy to clean. This checks both those boxes. I did not want a heavy duty roaster that would be hard for me to lift with heavy meat inside and this did the trick it held my 13 pound turkey just fine and it was easy to clean after.

Very flimsy and small

Turkey “fits” but there isn’t enough room left for any accumulation of drippings or basting fluids. I couldn’t use the pan for its intended purpose. The metal is also extremely thin. It has dents, and gets dented easily. I would have returned it, but I threw the box away.

Good Value

I bought it to cook the thanksgiving turkey. It was definitely worth the money I paid. I bought it on an early black friday sale. The size was perfect for the 14 lb bird. I don't know that it would be large enough for anything over 15 lbs. It is very lightweight for stainless which I loved and hated in equal measure. I loved that it didn't kill my back when I had to baste the bird. I hated it because after I washed the lid, it slid off the drying rack and I now have a divot in my lid. It was very easy to clean even after sitting for about 6 hours.
