I love this Moon, but..

I wear the 22 mm lapis lazuli with a small levering turquoise star on a long chain -they are great together.. I love how the stones compliment one another. Yesterday I was rubbing the moon between my thumb and fore-finger, when I released it then I heard a pop and the center of the stone popped out! Whaat?! So I've been left with the moon having 2 lapis pieces in the upper and lower portion of the design. It's wearable but I am disappointed.
