Great bracelet but came broken!!

I absolutely loved when I received this bracelet. It’s very pretty. The bracelet itself is very thin. It came in nice packaging. I did notice when I took it out it was broken like it was missing a little hook to make it an actual bracelet. I emailed the company and when they wanted pictures I sent it and then never heard back from them. It’s been almost 2 months now and the bracelet is just sitting there. It’s a little annoying since I did pay full price for it. I’m sure it would have been great wearing it but that did not happen. Reached out to Macy’s which confirmed I did email them and they couldn’t do anything besides tell me to email the buyer again. Welp! My loss I guess.
