North Face Jacket Return
Love the product but Macy’s fell short on the service. I had to reorder a North Face jacket due to sizing. I waited for second item to arrive to ensure it was going to be a better fit. When I went to store to return my only option was an in store credit. It eas explained that they had a 37 day return rule. That evidently was from date of purchase and not date of receipt. Lesson learned.

Fits huge
Fits big, and had to return. I'm a petite 5'2" 134 lbs witha short torso so I buy big kids sizes, but an XXL on this drowned my frame. Returns were easy.

The best layering jacket.
NF Denali. The best layer jacket. Went out in -20 weather didn’t ever get cold. I had a coat over the Denali with a wool merino sweater.

Poor Quality
Bought as a gift for my grandson. The zipper broke in 2 months

My grandchildren wears them to school and they are nice in wears well.

Great Fashion and Great Value
If you have boys like my boys you need a quality product. Six and eleven year olds have no regard for clothing. They go hard from morning to night. I like clothing that matches their energy. I bought this jacket for both of them. I'm confident that they will go from the school yard to the playground and to church looking good. They well made and fashionable.
