Nice jacket but check the price tag

ordered medium black for my son and fit like a medium. very nice jacket. he says it's very warm and loves it for the cold northern city he lives in. I would have given 5 stars except I was charged $400 for this jacket (advertised price) and when my son received the jacket it had not one but TWO tags on it listing the price as $350. How is this appropriate...
