Sizing is off

Quality was nice, but had to return due to sizing. Model in pictures claims to be in a size small. My 11 year old daughter likes things oversized so I ordered a medium. It was the smallest "medium" I've ever seen. Couldn't exchange since they were all sold out by that point. Very disappointing
