Poor

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The product took over a month to be delivered, and when it arrived, the packaging appeared tampered with, making it seem like I may have received a refurbished item. Despite my concerns, I washed the glasses, only to find that the quality is extremely poor. Water seeped in between the double-walled glass, which should not happen. I am now left with an overpriced product that appears to be defective and possibly used.
