Disappointed

DISSAPPOINTED. I saw this mug while shopping at my local Macy's.There was a display of lots of copper, bar tools. This mug was on display there. It looked very nice and I looked for more. But none were to be found. A store clerk advised me they could be ordered for the same price and shipping would be free. So, I ordered 4 of them. The shipment came a day early. Good sign right? Not! Each of the new mugs had at least one defect. Two of them rocked when tabled. Two had actual dents in them. The interiors were nickel plated inserts that didn't seat all the way down in the cup on 3 of them, leaving a gap between the two pieces. Very poor quality control. Needless to say, they were promptly returned.

Copper Owl Mug

I love it! Its a bit bigger than a thought it was going to be...and I'm so glad that it is. It keeps my beverages nice and cold.
