Bought 3 pairs Memorial Day weekend with express shipping when they were on sale. Today is June 3 and as per UPS i they have not even been shipped. It is sitting at created label stage. I called customer service and they’ll have to write a ticket in order for me to get a refund because the total was close to $1200. I asked can I re-order the sunglasses and I was told yes but at the original price because they are no longer on sale. Shame on you, Macy’s. If you are selling Tiffany products and they are shipping from their warehouse and I was never sent the items if you’re offering for me to re-order you should at least offer me the sale price. Note the customer service representative viewed the UPS status and sympathize, but couldn’t offer me any further assistance beyond writing a ticket and placing a new order for the same three pairs at the original price.
