the frames arrived completely broken in a package that doesn't fit glass frames.
The look of the frames was what I was expecting, but the hanging clip literally snapped in half after I had hung the frame, meaning the metal bracket literally broke into two pieces. This resulted in the frame falling off the wall, glass shattering, and my print being damaged. I had originally purchased two of these, and the other one is still hanging safely, so fingers crossed it stays that way! Macy's replaced the broken frame with very minimal effort on my part.
After opening the package, discovered that glass came broken! Quality of the frame itself is very cheap. I wouldn't recommend this item! The price $16 is way above the quality and look of the frame. Stay away!
Was looking forward to lacing my poster in this frame, but the glass came broken. Will have to reorder.
These poster frames are beautiful, good quality for the price. The only caveat is the metal clip, very hard to take off and put back. But overall very nice. Shipping was good, no damage at all. However one of the frame (i ordered 5 of them) missed one of the hanging clip.
I just ordered this frame online and was so excited for getting it. However, I just received the gold Timeless Frame with the broken glass. I just contacted Macy's and they are going to re-ship me a new one
