Sizing is off

Bought these for my daughter and they did not fit at all. Normally a 31 or 13 fits perfectly. Unfortunately we cannot return them so we are out the money. Super disappointing!

Saw these jeans in-store and thought they were really cute and had to try them on. I am usually 7/9 in juniors but needed an 11 in these! Very comfortable and cute on in the blue wash. Perfect length at 5'4".
