Frustration with Returns The return process was cumbersome. I had to go through the hassle of reordering the correct size after returning the first one, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. Suggestion for Improvement: It would be immensely helpful if the brand offered an option to change sizes without having to repurchase the item. A simple size exchange feature on the website would enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the process.

Very Frustrating Return Exchange Experience
I purchased this Suit among other clothes during the Black Friday sale and was really excited about the deal. Unfortunately, the coat didn’t fit—I need one size bigger. When I tried to exchange it, the system wouldn’t allow me to select a different size. I only have the option to return the item and repurchase it, which means I lose the discounted sale price. It’s extremely disappointing that the store doesn’t offer a simple size exchange, especially during major sales. I shouldn’t have to pay full price for an exchange when the sizing didn’t work out. This experience has made me hesitant to shop here again.
