Inadequate inspection and shipping

Broken top button and severely wrinkled requiring dry cleaning. Should have been shipped in a box not a plastic bag.

Damaged item received

Damaged item delivered not satisfied at all with Macy’s service they also should send coat cover the didn’t and protective pin didn’t remove and there’s blue color stain
