POOR SERVICE!!!

I did not receive my item. The box arrived ripped up with no garmet. I received another box that was supposed to have a suit. That box was completely ripped up as well without any garments. The packaging looked like it was thrown together at best. Macys refunded one of my items but refused to refund or replace the vest. I will not order from them again. What a rip off and poor service for expensive items.
