Macys employees sent the wrong color

What a crappy way to do business. The fulfillment people clearly got the color wrong. It looks wrong cause it’s a light blue and I ordered a dark navy blue and the name is wrong. This is a flipping effort with disregard to the client. I hope this gets back to the supervisoror management of the fulfillment person that did this.
