2 time brought same size but second time is large

Before I brought one, I felt it very good so I brought the same size again. But this time I was so upset because when I wore it the size is larger than the old one. Why the same size were so different. Unlucky when I wore it, I took tag away.

The fabric is truly terrible. These remind me of an 80’s warm up suit for the elderly.

Nice Joggers

These joggers are what I would term as dressy. The material is kind of flowy, a little stretchy, and for me, they ran large. I'm 5'3, 140lbs, and athletic. Probably should have gone with size medium, but I bought them online, thus erred on the side of caution. The waist in particular is a bit large. Overall, they are nice, and I would buy again, but in a smaller size.
