Didn’t get

This order was placed a long time ago, and I’ve contacted customer service several times to report that the item was missing from the package. Unfortunately, no proper follow-up has been done on my case. Despite being a loyal Macy’s customer with many purchases, I’m truly disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I expected better from a company of this reputation.

Pretty but hurt the leg skin

It is pretty. But the top part is hard and hurt my leg skin after I walked for 5 minutes. I cannot return for final sale.
