This order was placed a long time ago, and I’ve contacted customer service several times to report that the item was missing from the package. Unfortunately, no proper follow-up has been done on my case. Despite being a loyal Macy’s customer with many purchases, I’m truly disappointed with how this situation has been handled. Pretty but hurt the leg skin

It is pretty. But the top part is hard and hurt my leg skin after I walked for 5 minutes. I cannot return for final sale.
