I have returned the item as it had a stain on it. I haven’t received the total amount and instead they are refunding part as star money which in reality you never receive. And there is no one dealing with this issue. I am very disappointed by the way the company handled customer complaints and problems.

Not a good experience.
The store was very messy. One of the items I ordered showed up with the security tag on it. And Keenan the check out lady was in a very bad mood. My company sends us shopping there twice a year with a personal shopper and she always has to organize racks and clean up for Macy's. The selections are good but the prices have increased too much. I was only able to get 6 items for my $600.
