Size for junior not for women
I’ve been a Macy’s customer for more than 20 years, I love Macy’s and is the first time something like this happens to me! I bought online this jacket just the size M that I have been buying for years from Tommy, no matter my weight is even less right now. When I received the jacket it was a surprise for me to find that it’s so small that I thought it was a mistake, it couldn’t be women’s size it should be junior’s size! I called Macy's customer service and I explained the situation but they said it was a final sale and I can’t return the item. I asked them to please exchange the item for a bigger size but they definitely didn’t gave me any option! I know that final sales can’t be returned, but I know well my size and this item definitely isn’t a women’s M size! I think it isn’t honest not to understand that there are some times that it’s honestly to accept it wasn’t the customer fault! I’m not sure now if Macy’s is the same! I don’t recommend to buy online final sales!
Poor Experience With Macy’s Online Return/Exchange
I recently bought a jacket online from Macy’s in a different color from one I already owned. I ordered the exact same size (S), but when it arrived it was much larger than the one I already had. I went to the store to exchange it, but they didn’t have another one in the color and fit I wanted. The associate processed an exchange for me: I returned the jacket in-store, and she ordered a new one to be shipped to my home. I specifically requested an XS in the color Chespk Wash. However, when the replacement arrived later that week, it came in the correct size but in the wrong color — a lighter wash, the same color as the jacket I already owned. Overall, the whole experience felt disorganized and frustrating. Not only was the exchange process complicated, but making an online exchange in general is extremely difficult. I expected better from Macy’s.
Jacket is fine. Not great.
Good light weight cropped jean jacket to add to wardrobe. But the Long sleeves are short, meaning not quite long enough. Overall quality is ok. Kept it cuzz it is fine and works but not great.
Nice Fit and Look
Tommy Hilfiger is among my favorite brands. They are reliable in their products being a good, comfortable fit that’s also flattering. This denim jacket definitely delivers. The sleeves are 3/4 length which I love because I like to wear button up long sleeve blouses and turn the cuffs up over the sleeve hem. I’m 5’7” tall, 155 pounds, 37” bust. The medium is a perfect fit. Very flattering.

Became my favourite jacket
Absolutely love this Tommy Hilfiger TH Flex Denim Jacket. The fit is spot-on—cropped just right, so it looks great over dresses or high-waisted pants without feeling boxy. The denim has just enough stretch that it moves with you (no stiff break-in period!), and the classic medium wash goes with everything. Buttons are sturdy, stitching feels quality, and it layers perfectly over sweaters or tees. My new grab-and-go jacket for any casual outfit.
