Not Ideal For European Trips

Not ideal for European trips. Especially if you are planning to travel via train, it won't fit in the spaces assigned for your luggage. It was extremely hard to travel with luggage of this shape. The quality is great

Excellent suitcase.

Had originally purchased the rimowa trunk that is similar to this. Loved it but felt that it was too flashy. Bought the Briggs and Riley and I like this one even better. Seems to have a bit more capacity, and the clasp system is better.

Great bag to fit a lot of irregular size items

It’s the first time I own a trunk style luggage and regret not having one before. The suitcase is very well built and rolls effortlessly. I used this recently to bring gifts to my family and it was amazing the amount of space I had to do this .

Briggs & Riley Extra-Large Trunk Spinner review

I found the extra-large trunk to be extremely valuable on a recent two-week trip. The unobstructed main compartment made packing unusually shaped items—such as multiple pairs of shoes—easy and efficient. The divided sections in the top cover were also very practical for organization. My only suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a handle on the bottom of the case. This would allow the trunk to be lifted more comfortably using the top handle, especially when loading or unloading.

I would really love to buy BUT…

United’s maximum linear inches is 60 and this case comes in at a whopping 64. 5 linear inches. So sad.
