My go to umbrella

This is my go to umbrella. The auto open close is absolutely clutch. Just need one hand to use it which helps especially when I have more than one bag

Warranty is a joke

While I've had good experience in the past with the warranty. I recently returned a broken large, automatic umbrella and received a mini, manual umbrella in its place. Unacceptable and disappointing.

Remain Pleased

Used Totes (including) umbrellas since the '80's~ "Built like a brick outhouse" throughout - for an umbrella, cleaned-up vocabulary! Works good when it's raining... The weather in Hawaii can quickly change. You Folks keep up well! With Aloha.

Defective Totes Umbrella

I bought this umbrella February 6th 2022. Today October 1, as I was walking my dog in the rain it just broke and closed up. Could not keep it open and had to forcefully hold it open. Considering I only used it a few times each month this is cheaply made piece of junk.
