Product never received

I purchased this item from Macys and never received !! I called them and they said they will send it to my address as soon as possible, this was a month ago !!!! 😡. They charged me for the total cost which is more than a 100 dlls since I purchased 5 for Christmas present . Never received for Christmas , never received until now BUT THE CHARGE IS IN MY ACCOUNT and Macys expeditions are that I'll pay for something never received ? I think is time to call my lawyer 😡

Brushes not good

After one use, the brush looks as though it was being used for months. The bristles are falling out and are bent out of shape. The silicone brush works fine though.

Terrible product

Gave this as a Christmas gift for 2024 and it stopped working six months later unable to return because the return window closed in January 2025. Embarrassing that MACYS would sell such a cheap product. I’ve learned my lesson.

I would rate a minus if there was an option

terrible cleansing brush. Replaced battery 3 times and completely stopped working.
