Terrible product

Gave this as a Christmas gift for 2024 and it stopped working six months later unable to return because the return window closed in January 2025. Embarrassing that MACYS would sell such a cheap product. I’ve learned my lesson.

I would rate a minus if there was an option

terrible cleansing brush. Replaced battery 3 times and completely stopped working.

Decent for price

Not bad for the price but it only has two speeds; too fast or too slow but overall it’s good for a deep facial

A little rought

This facial massager/cleaner does the job but isn't the easiest to use. The brush attachment is rather rough and it doesn't move smoothly over the planes of the face. It tends to spray a bit, too, so best used with your face down into the sink rather than looking into a mirror.
