This product arrived stained, and I don't understand why they didn't check it before sending it to me. This was supposed to be a gift.

I placed an order on December 4th with delivery scheduled for December 9th. Today, December 19th, I still haven’t received it or any update. Very poor experience: I urgently need my money back.
