I won't buy product again

Advertised as a wide calf, but the stretch part is so small that it only added an inch to the stretch. The boots looked to be made well but when the zipper doesn't zip they get returned.

Worse

This is the worse boot I had ever bought. I was sent a used boot with hairs coming out from it. The sole is scratched. Poor color like it was dyed.
