Never order if it’s from a third party

I would not recommend this product because it is not coming from Macy’s. I ordered 5 pairs on 4/14. As of 4/27 I have not received my package. Although, when calling to track it says I received the package on 4/24. However they were quick to charge me. The tracking is a joke. Never updated for you to be able to actually track your item. Found out that UPS never delivered it. Now I have to wait 5 days for the company to confirm a refund although I bought it from Macy’s. Not acceptable. If you can charge me immediately then I should be able to get my refund immediately.

Nice stylish black loafer

Trotters black loafer with 2.25" heel

Thankfully Trotters offers narrow widths. Narrow feet usually result in high arches as well. This shoe fits like a Slim, but is labeled as narrow. Works for me, but if you are a true AA and not AAA, you make feel this shoe too narrow. The extended top of the shoe, is comfortable of my foot and my arch is VERY high, as center of foot does not rest flat.

These run extremely small

I found these extremely tight— I ordered a half-size up from my usual size, and still could barely fit in them. They look very well-made and practical (I have an ankle injury so I want sturdy — but not frumpy — shoes). I've returned them and ordered a larger size, so I'm hoping that will work out.

Very good looking shoe

I have numerous pairs of Trotters which are all 10.5 M and have always fit great. This is the first Trotter I have ever bought that feels a little too small and tight in the width. I am going to try them a while longer I. The house on carpet and see if they loosen up any. I know I can't wear a wide and I am afraid an 11 will be too big. Fingers crossed they will work because I love this style.
