Disappointed

This is the 3rd pair of trotters I have purchased. I love the brand. My issue with this pair is that they arrived SO damaged. The box they arrived in was extremely crushed. The shoes were scuffed and damaged. I returned them to Macy’s the next day with out issue. I do not plan to order on line again. The 2 pair I have I purchased at Van Maur department store. I could not get this color at the store. I could not get this color at the trotter’s website I am very disappointed

The front of the shoes show an elastic piece which makes the shoes look damaged. Sales associate said they are supposed to look this way. Returned them. I have several other pairs that don't look damaged.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. First it was late shipping. Arrived in a box that had a white sticker that said size 5.5. Then a red sticker that said 6.5. My size was 5.5. Shoe was an actual 6.5. Shoe had white dust on its toe on one shoe. Box looked like it had been all beat up. I returned it the day after to UPS. I don’t think I will order from Macys for a long time. I am a long time card holder.

Loved everything about this shoe, except the sides that were too soft for any support. Daisy in black was a better made shoe.
