Not Comfortable

They look nice and fit well, but leather is too stiff and hurts shin when walking. Returned.

I love these boots!

Wear them mostly with jeans! Received them for Christmas do haven't used them too much yet!

Narrower than My Other Totters

The Margo boots are beautiful and well made, but they are narrow in the toes and loose in the heels. I have three Trotters shoes in 7.5W, including one pair of boots, that fit well. These boots in a 75.W pinched my toes. Sizing up would not help as the heels were already too loose. I do love the dark brown color.

Poor Design that Digs into Ankle Bone

I really, really wanted to like these boots. The design is simple, classy, and the boots can be dressed up or down. However, even though I do not have wide legs or thick ankles, in the one day I wore them to the office (and did minimal walking!) the top of the boots rubbed against my skin so much it created a sore. The only way I *may* be able to wear them in the future is with extra thick socks. If I hadn't worn them outside, I would definitely return them.

Needed to size up

I had previously purchased the Major bootie in size 6.5 D and it fit great. I ordered the Margo bootie in the same size and it wasn't wide enough in the toe box. The size 7 D fits me better in the width and I can wear it with thicker socks. I use custom orthotics so I can't really offer an opinion on arch support.
