Damaged

Huge disappointment and shock! Also sadness. Not only because I received scratched and damaged boots (there is no color at all on certain parts), but also because I ordered them from Macy's, in which I had great confidence. I was told in Macy's that the seller is a third party seller. Actually, the name of the company that sent me the boots is Phoenix Footwear Group Inc. I returned the boots. If someone wants to see, I have the pictures of the boots I received

Lovely boots

The boots are lovely and fit is good. However the leather is stiff with no "give" so they are painful on my little toes. Also the zippers are extremely difficult to slide. I'm going to put a little soap on them to see if that makes them move easier.

I have been shopping for boots but boots return boots either too narrow or they hurt the back of my ankle until I found these boots they fit perfect they don't cut into my ankle very comfortable and wide enough for my toes love them I plan on buying another pair in a different color
