Wrong color and size shipped to me.

The booties are lovely. I returned them because I ordered 11 N in Navy and received 11 W in Black.

This item did not work for me unfortunately I had to return

I wanted them for work, but they were too wide and returned them 2 days ago.

Great customer service!

I am writing to amend my 2 star review of this product. I called the originating company (Phoenix Footwear) to ask if I could just get a new button for my shoes with the broken button. They asked for a photo of the shoes, and then sent me a whole new pair!! They also answered the phone directly (no automated phone tree). I couldn't be happier! And the boots are still super cute and comfortable!!

Narrow is still pretty wide

12N was still pretty wide, or maybe the height of the toe box/arch was too high. In any event, way too much volume. I really need a Slim, but Narrows sometimes work if I wear socks. Not this time.
