Wrong size sent

Ordered a black 5.5 W but instead received a 5.5 M. It was uncomfortably tight and so will be returning. Attempted to reorder again, but my size and chosen color was now out of stock. What a big disappointment!

I would say: Order your regular size

The only comment I can make, having ordered the wrong size, is to say: Order your correct size. Not that it will work but I followed what the only other reviewer said and ordered a half size down. Consequently, they were much too tight. Other than that, they are very well made, have EXCELLENT medium arch support, and in the correct size would likely be a very comfortable shoe.

Quality shoe, but fit not right

Good for work or dress. The toes box fit my wide feet well, but the heels slid off even after trying heel pads. I wish they had worked as they were exactly what I was looking for
