Cute and comfy

I bought these over 5 years ago and they still look and feel great after frequent wear. The 9.5W fit as expected; if anything they might run slightly large/wide. I appreciate that the insoles are removable because I need to use special orthotics, and I had no problems swapping them. Hopefully they still carry this style when mine eventually wear out, because I will definitely get them again!

Was not comfortable for my wide feet.

I have very wide feet and am always on the lookout for shoes that can be worn in more formal settings. This is a very cute shoe and the pewter color is great, but the widest version still pinched my toes (and bunion). I wore them inside for an hour on carpeting and the heel began to wear a blister.

Peeling leather

I worse this shoe in a taupe color only three times. The leather peeled. The company was nice and replaced it with a different shoe. Note that I at first thought this might be my fault, that I had carelessly scuffed it. But it was happening all over the shoe. I never had this problem with Trotters. I sent a photo and wrote to them. They quickly replaced them with a so.ewhat different shoe. I don't know what went wrong with the leather.

Fits perfect

I have a hard time finding shoes because I have a narrow foot. Also, my feet are touchy, especially the right since I've had surgery on it. These shoes are comfortable and accommodate my dress orthotics because they are a little bit deeper. The strap fits great, too.

Great Mary Jane!

Now that I'm older (age 75) I can no longer wear high heels, so while putting together my shoe wardrobe, I have been purchasing flat and/or low heeled shoes. The Mary Jane style fits the bill for me, so I have purchased four different pairs in different styles and different colors—all Trotters!!!
