Didn’t last as long as many others I have purchased. I’ve had several that have lasted 2-4 years of almost constant use. This one less than 4 months and one side no longer heats and the other side barely heats up. On the coldest night of the year if course. It was more expensive than the others too. Very disappointing.

Not really a fan, although it is very soft and plush it’s a lackluster burnt brown not sure that the white (inside) of the blanket will wash well and stay clean (all the same color would have been more practical) but most of all it’s not very warm. My cell phone gets hotter. It was way too costly not to be any hotter than it is. I will be returning it.

This is my second one and it's being used in the guest bedroom. I have not found a better electric blanket. it's soft on the outside but the sherpa lining it only adds to the warmth. The wires are not at all bothersome whilst sleeping. The cord that attaches to the blanket has an actual snap on that won't come off. I sleep with mine on a 3 and am extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

It didn't work at all. Nothing. Didn't heat up at all. For the price, I expected better. At least Macy's returns are easy and problem-free. I was happy I didn't make a very expensive mistake by buying this.

Issues with E code within a few months
Worked for less than 6 months and now won’t turn on and blinks with an E code. Trying to contact since it’s not even a year old yet!
