Never received the item

This appeared to be a nice product but I never received it. I tried to contact customer service for a status on the order. However, with the virtual assistant, I was given two choices : reorder or cancel order. So I cancelled the order. I think that two weeks is an acceptable time to wait but I am disappointed.

I THINK I like it!

It’s a little awkward to get used to, but I like the concept. I wish the mop was bigger, but otherwise, I think it will be just fine.
