Fungal shoue and was deliberately placed to me

Had ordered online to pick up. Have virtually no time to walk around stores, to shop around. Busy. Really I got a pair where it was really shown to me that there is some fungus and inside of one shoe. How come? The shoue was placed to be sold to me. How come? Who and in the whole world can allowed to do staff like that? The store should stop any sale on line if the crew tries to retaliate and harass and possibly have some vimzical reasons.
