I would never buy this item again

Seldom wear and they look horrible. They were purchased on 10/13/25 order number USUG00645147 I'm desperately trying to get them replaced or a refund. I have purchased these shoes in the past, and they were wonderful this last pair is horrible. The inside lining has come out the outside edge of the shoes (heel) looks like flat tires with hair. They are horrible

have purchased several pair of the house shoes in the past

The pair that I ordered on 10/13/25 order number USUG 00645147 are horrible I purchased the distressed leather ones. As stated purchased them on 10/13/25 the inside lining as come apart, the area where you slide your feet in as come apart they are horrible. I have contacted your CS dept they are sending me warranty info and instructions hopefully to replace the shoes. They have never been worn outside and not even worn everyday. They look like they are ready for the trash. These shoes cost me $100.00 + I puchased them as a birthday gift.
