Heel would pop out

I have bigger ankles and used to love the classic Ugg but just to difficult to put on now so I was stoked to see the micro. I ordered and really liked the color but I'd put on and could barley get my heel in the shoe and had room at my toes so could have done a size smaller but my heel would still pop out. Unfortunately had to return.

Great show; strap broke quick

I love the shoe! It's very comfortable and fits great. I've been wearing them this winter and they've been so stylish. However, while I was pulling the back up, the strap broke off. I'm very sad about this as I've only been wearing them for a couple of weeks
