received used uggs

Who wears shoes out and returns them?? Some people have the nerve. Idk how many days these were worn out. They came with deep creases already in both shoe and had spots on them if something was spilled on them. Bloomingdale’s need better quality control before they ship their items out! The shoe itself is cute. Didn’t like how I received them.
