Packaging Issue

The rug itself was as advertised. The packaging was awful. Folded into four, as the description notes, memory foam remembered every fold. Additionally must have placed something heavy on the rug which made a few indentations. Will not reorder as there's no reason to believe that packaging processer will not ship in same manner. Immediate return.
