Never received it keeps saying it's delayed but I can't get any info on it second time this has happened on items I've ordered from Macy's I'm charged for items I never receive

terrible quality

I should have returned these. The folds do not come out, they slide on the floor and they are cut uneven.

Cheap

I was very disappointed in these rugs. The color was nowhere near the color that’s in the pictures. They are very cheap looking and cheaply made. I will be returning. I spent thousands of dollars redoing my bathroom and in no way am I going to put cheap looking rugs in there? I expected more from Macys.
