Happy Customer

I bought the Gen2 and very happy with the performance. It takes good pictures and videos, but the length of the video is only 3 minutes. The earphone is clear.

Trouble with iPhone 17 Pro

This device would continuously disconnect from the phone my wife had. It was such a pain and so unuseful that she ordered me to return it. She has an iPhone 17 Pro with the latest software on it.

Missing charging cable in the box

I was really looking forward to these Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses, but my package arrived incomplete the USB-C charging cable was missing from the box.The product listing does not mention that it is sold without it, so I expected the full kit. For the price, this is very disappointing. I hope Macy’s or the seller can contact me and send the missing part.
