I wish I could review the Ray-Ban Unisex AI Glasses Meta Wayfarer RW4012 – GEN 2, but unfortunately I still haven’t received the product. I also haven’t received any updates on shipping or delays. It’s very disappointing to be asked for a review before the item has even arrived. I hope Macy’s can provide an update soon so I can actually try the product I paid for...I'd almost prefer a refund.

They are nice but they are too tight and cant be adjusted because of the computer components in the stems

I just bought the glasses, so I don’t know how satisfied I’ll be with them, but the service I received from Nick was outstanding! Nick explained and demonstrated all the features of the glasses. He wrote down instructions for me to be able to use the glasses so I could do it myself. He also told me that I should call or come in if I needed any help. I was so impressed with his patience, kindness and courtesy.

Disappointed with my Experience
I ordered a specific type of glasses from Macy’s, but they sent me a completely different one. The online store doesn’t even give you the option to choose the exact style you want, which is really frustrating. When I contacted customer service, they told me I could go to the store to switch them out — but when I got there, the store refused to do the exchange. In the end, I had to return the glasses altogether and never got the ones I originally wanted. It was a waste of time and effort. Macy’s should make it clear what customers are actually ordering and ensure their stores honor what customer service promises.
