Don’t buy

I bought this bed for an 11 year old child and noticed the sturdiness of the bed started failing after about 4 weeks I contacted Macy’s and they contacted the seller who stated the bed couldn’t be returned because the 30 days had passed. My thing is a bed is supposed to last for years and it less than 2 months and the bed is falling apart Macy’s refuse to do anything stating that after 30 days the bed cannot be returned to seller. Macy’s rep is stating there’s nothing that can be done about this bed on there end even though the bed is falling apart. Less than 2 months Macy I’m vey disappointed in your customer service and don’t feel like you value your customers.
