Mirror trim is pilling and I cannot get it returned. Had a year warranty and store is not honoring it. They were closed due to COVID and corporate still has not responded and it's now over the year. They are using the timeframe even though they were closed and did not respond. The vendor Uttermost told me to reach out to Macy's. No one wants to take this item back or give me credit.
