Title: Misleading Online Return Policy – Found Out Only After Delivery Review: I purchased [insert product] online from Macy’s and was never informed that this item could not be returned. I only discovered this after the item was delivered, which is extremely frustrating. When shopping online, it is critical for return policies to be clearly communicated before completing a purchase. Being surprised by this restriction after paying and waiting for delivery is unacceptable and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Macy’s needs to ensure that all online customers are fully aware of return limitations before checkout, so that informed decisions can be made. I hope they address this issue promptly to improve their online shopping experience.
