Frustrating - Second Quality

We purchased 8 place settings over various times to complete this set. The pattern is beautiful but many of the pieces were defective and not first quality. I wrote to Vera Wang about the problem and they simply replied "return them". Returning individual pieces is a hassle and we have done this 5 times already. Although this is Wedgewood China it is made in Indonesia, not England. Evidently there is no quality control in Indonesia. Macy's is more than willing to reorder pieces but make sure you inspect them carefully. At this price you shouldn't be getting second quality.

Happy Bride!

Despite the popularity of platinum banded china, I knew I wanted a more classic gold like my parents' and was thrilled when I found this pattern! The pattern is so unique and modern, yet feels timeless and makes me smile every time I see it. Can't wait to use this at many holiday gatherings!

Simple and gorgeous

We chose this pattern for our wedding registry and we love it! All the pieces are high quality and the pattern is timeless. I like that we can use it for fancy meals or for less formal dinner parties. The shape of the cup and saucer is great too. We have a couple of the serving pieces and they're lovely. It is true that the specialty pieces take a long time to arrive. We're still waiting on one serving dish and some of our soup bowls. The standard placesettings arrive very quickly, though. They are carefully packed and everything arrived in perfect condition.

great pieces

We registered for this pattern and very happy with it - great for holidays or any time of the year. Neutral so I can add color to the table. Only wish it did not take so long for delivery of the place settings
